a dustland fairytale


she's always barefoot.
Thursday afternoon I had very little homework so that translated into a short impromptu photo shoot with my neighbor, at least until my camera battery died. She's in a lot of my pictures, but when you live across the street, it's hard not to be. It was fun -- more fun than homework, at least. (But it's not really hard to top that.) It kind of reminded me of the song A Dustland Fairytale, just because of the dusty streetscape and the 'party dress'. As always, some of them turned out better than others. What do you think?

    Your friend is really pretty! I always feel a bit creepy saying things like that, but these photos and the light and everything... It's just all stunning.
